advanced reporting process ensures you get the most
detailed and accurate Incident Report possible with
real-time quality assurance. During the call, the Link2
system analyzes the report and flags any inconsistencies,
potential errors or places where additional information
is needed. The Interview Specialist then reviews these
with the caller and makes necessary updates. The result
is an actionable Incident Report that enables you to
effectively respond and investigate.
Complex Dissemination and Escalation
ReportLine
can accommodate even the most complex dissemination
requirements. You can send reports simultaneously to
different departments in your organization and customize
dissemination based on incident type, location and
more. After Incident Reports are reviewed for quality,
The Link2 system automatically sends them to your designated
contacts, and you determine where they will be sent.

Board of Directors, while harassment or workplace violence
issues can go to Human Resources. When time-sensitive
issues are reported, the report is flagged for dissemination
