Online Case Management

The process of documenting, investigating and resolving issues can be quite complicated. Link2’s Case Management system creates a seamless workflow from initial notification through final resolution. You can search for reports, add or attach information, review activities and submit cases for investigation, review or resolution – all in a secure, centralized system.

The system helps you manage your workload and generates a detailed log of your due diligence. You can also communicate with anonymous callers by submitting follow up questions into the system, which are read to the caller when he/she calls back.
