ReadyTraining Learning Blocks from The Network are sequences of instructional content on key ethics & compliance topics. Each 3- to 5-minute topic block delivers high-level messaging around code of conduct subjects. Because clients can choose individual topic(s) that are relevant to them and their company, ReadyTraining Learning Blocks essentially enables an organization to build their own code training, while still covering the basics of why their company has a code and why understanding and complying with code is critical. Learning Blocks uses ReadyTraining’s highly engaging, animated sequencing and include interactive exercises designed to reinforce content and engage the learner.

  • Conflicts of Interest:  Addresses questions such as: What is a conflict of interest? What kinds of situations lend themselves to potential conflicts? What should employees do if they have a conflict between personal interests and those of the company?
  • Gifts, Gratuities and Entertainment: Emphasizes employees’ responsibility to use good judgment and comply with company policy in the exchange of gifts, favors and entertainment, recognizing that they can help build goodwill but can also create the perception of a conflict of interest and undermine the integrity of business relationships.
  • Anti-Bribery: Helps your employees comply with the FCPA, the UK Bribery Act and other anti-bribery laws around the world, with information about how to: recognize a bribe, manage the complexities of working with “foreign officials” and practice due diligence when it comes to third parties working on their company’s behalf.
