The Network, Inc. Honored with "Above and Beyond" Award by
the Georgia Department of Labor
Norcross, Georgia, November 13, 2002
The Network, Inc., a leading supplier of employee feedback solutions,
recently received the "ABOVE AND BEYOND" award of appreciation
from the Georgia Department of Labor Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
This award was given to two companies for going "above and beyond" in
helping to place the program's Vocation Rehabilitation clients.
"As a company whose business is to promote ethics and good employee
relations in the workplace, we are always looking for ways to actively
support the Atlanta community. This program is a great match for us," said
Susan Dragojlovich, Vice President of Human Resources.
The Network operates the largest employee hotline call center in the
country, employing over 100 people in their call center operations. Candidates
recruited through the Vocational Rehabilitation Program participate in
the same screening, testing and interviewing process as other candidates.
"The employees we have hired through this program have typically
been very reliable, hard-working people who do an excellent job despite
their disability," said Dragojlovich.
The state and federally funded Vocational Rehabilitation Program is
run by the Georgia Department of Labor's Rehabilitation Services Division.
The program's mission is to help people with disabilities to go to work.
The strategic goal of the RS Vocational Rehabilitation Program is to
be the recognized leader in employment for people with disabilities.
