"Section 301 (of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requires an anonymous system for employees to report fraud and other unethical activities...The Network added 75 companies in the first three months of 2003, as many as it added in all of 2002. It says it provides hotlines to 25% of the Fortune 500, including Halliburton Energy and Coca-Cola. Its clients employ 14 million, more than the population of Illinois."
