Leadership
The Network’s Leadership Team is
comprised of talented managers and strategists
with years of experience in helping companies
improve their overall operations and communications.
This team maintains The Network’s
client-driven focus, consistently identifying
and meeting clients' measurable objectives.
Tony Malone
Chief Executive Officer and Co-owner
Mr. Malone has been the Company’s CEO
since October 1, 1998 and co-owner of the Company
since January of 2003. In that capacity, he is
responsible for the overall strategic direction
of the Company. Prior to joining The Network,
Mr. Malone was President and COO for Riscorp,
Inc., where he led the Company through a successful
IPO up to its subsequent sale. Mr. Malone was
Director of Risk Management for KFC (then a PepsiCo
company), Manager of Risk Financing for BATUS
Inc., and in various positions at The Upjohn
Company. He has a Master of Business Administration
degree in Risk Management and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Finance. Mr. Malone holds the Associate
in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property & Casualty
Underwriter (CPCU) professional designations.
Julio Cantillo
President and Co-owner
Mr. Cantillo has been President and
co-owner of The Network since January of 2003.
As President of The Network, Mr. Cantillo oversees the strategic planning and operations for the organization. This includes the contact
center, information technology and Risk Management
Services. Mr. Cantillo joined The Network in October 1998 as Chief Operating Officer.
Under his leadership, The Network improved and modernized contact center operations, grew IT capabilities and developed
NetClaim™, a Web-based report intake system
that was selected as a “Top-Tier” technology
solution by Risk & Insurance Magazine. Mr. Cantillo was also fundamental in the launch of ServiceQuality, the latest release from The Network which allows organizations to more effectively manage and analyze customer experience data.
Prior to joining The Network, Mr. Cantillo
held several senior operating positions in the
insurance industry with Riscorp, Inc. He was
previously a Senior Operations Consultant with
KFC (then a PepsiCo company) and a Senior Auditor
with Arthur Andersen and Company. He has a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Accounting and is a licensed
Certified Public Accountant.
Ralph Childs
Founder and Chairman
Mr. Childs founded the Company in 1983 by introducing
a 24x7 anonymous reporting system that would
enable employees or others to bring known or
suspected unethical, illegal, or irresponsible
activities to the attention of his customers’ problem
solvers without fear of reprisal. As a former
FBI Special Agent, Mr. Childs has extensive experience
in sensitive security and criminal matters. Today,
Mr. Childs works with the Company's clients,
helping them to strategically position their
efforts and achieve their company’s objectives.
Mr. Childs attended Vanderbilt University and
received a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas
State University.
Jim ROCKAWAY
Controller
Mr. Rockaway joined The Network as Controller in September 2008 with over 16 years accounting experience and is responsible for directing and managing the day to day finance and accounting activities. Prior to joining The Network, Mr. Rockaway was an audit manager with Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP . He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for a large multi-state cable operator and held various positions of increasing responsibility at Turner Broadcasting and World Travel BTI.
Mr. Rockaway received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Georgia State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Public Accountants.
Luis Ramos
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ramos became Chief Operating Officer for The Network in early 2008. He is currently in charge of The Network's
day-to-day operations of the organization including the company's contact center,
client services and technology groups. He was
formerly Senior Vice President of Operations
and Technology at The Network, Inc.
Most recently, under Mr. Ramos' leadership, The Network launched its latest product offering, ServiceQuality, a tool which allows organizations to collect, manage and analyze comprehensive data across their organization. Prior to this, Mr. Ramos was critical in the development and launch of The Network's proprietary application, NetClaim™,
which standardized all reporting services and
created scalability for highly customized reporting
programs. NetClaim, universally hailed and accepted
in the industry, has enabled The Network to develop
intricately tailored reporting solutions that
use real-time quality assurance to maintain exceptionally
high accuracy levels.
Mr. Ramos is a ten year veteran of The Network, which he joined after stints at ADP and Crawford & Company. His writing has been featured in National Underwriter Magazine and Risk Management Magazine.
Rick Hollahan
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Hollahan currently leads the information
technology operations of the organization. He
is responsible for the delivery of key system
enhancements, application infrastructure and
day-to-day components of the organization’s
information technology systems and operations.
He was formerly Director of Information Technology
at The Network, Inc.
Mr. Hollahan has nearly 30 years of experience
in Information Technology (IT) and over 15 years
of IT management experience. Prior to joining
The Network in November of 2006, he was Senior
Director of Technology at Georgia Pacific and the
CIO of Xcellenet, a communications software company
based in Atlanta.
Ralston McCracken
Vice President of Sales & Business Development
Ralston McCracken is The Network’s Vice
President of Sales & Business Development.
He is responsible for establishing new relationships
with prospects and strategic partners, as well
as expanding partnerships with The Network’s
existing customers.
Mr. McCracken joined The Network in June 2007
with nearly 25 years of sales and marketing experience.
Prior to The Network, for five years he served
as a sales and marketing consultant working
with high-tech portfolio and start-up companies
to create sales, channel, market penetration
and expansion strategies.
Before this position, Mr. McCracken was Executive
Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vianet
Group plc, an applications service provider offering
data telemetry to the remote device (M2M) and
vending sectors. His career also includes more
than 15 years of sales and marketing experience
at both Xerox and IBM.
Mr. McCracken holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Engineering from the University of Birmingham
in the United Kingdom. Conversant in French,
he has also attended the Executive Development
Program at the INSEAD Business School
in France.
Douglas Wells
Senior Vice President of Contact Center Operations and Client Services
Mr. Wells became the Senior Vice President of Contact
Center Operations and Client Services in early 2008. In this
capacity, he is responsible for all of the company’s
contact center and client services functions including staffing,
training, quality assurance, customer satisfaction
and administration. Prior to this he served as he Vice President of Contact Center Operations.
Mr. Wells joined The Network with more than
10 years of leadership experience in call center
operations. Prior to The Network, he served as
Vice President of Operations at the Affinity
Group, a Macon, Georgia-based call center outsourcing
firm that Wells co-founded with several partners
in 2004. Mr. Wells previously held managerial
roles in call center operations and technical
services at leading corporations, including Access
Integrated Networks, Providian Financial, OfficeMax,
MetLife and AT&T.
Mr. Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University
in Houston, Texas.
Tom Kelly
Director of Quality and Process Improvement
Mr. Kelly has been involved in ensuring the
quality of our call center operations since joining
The Network in November of 1999. He leads
efforts to continuously improve our processes
and execution across the entire organization.
He manages the Quality Assurance and Training
functions in the call center and coordinates
the integration of Quality Assurance programs
company-wide.
Mr. Kelly has over 11 years of call center experience
in environments ranging from workers' compensation
and health insurance companies with Riscorp,
Inc., to employee leasing companies with ADP.
He has been responsible for pioneering call center
programs in the Insurance and Managed Care industries
as well as extensive process reengineering projects
with excellent improvement results. |
